Green Cap provides affordable telemedicine-based wellness services, personalized treatment plans, and convenient access to prescription medications through our partner pharmacies. Our goal is to offer safe, effective care delivered directly to your home.
How do I contact customer support?
You can reach our support team Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST at (346) 638-4068. For non-urgent inquiries, you may also contact us via email or submit a support request through your patient portal.
How long does it take to get my medication?
Most prescriptions are processed within 24–48 hours after the provider approves your treatment. Shipping times vary by location, but most patients receive their medication within 1–3 business days.
Do I need a prescription before signing up?
No. A licensed provider will review your information, determine eligibility, and issue a prescription if medically appropriate. Approval is never guaranteed and is based on clinical judgment.
